How do I enter the doors on show day?
Your purchased tickets will be stored in the Peatix app,

so please flash it on your phone at the entrance so we can scan your QR-code and let you through.

I bought tickets on behalf of all my friends

but we’re reaching at different timings, what do I do?
When you order multiple tickets using the same account, all tickets will be under the same QR-code.

If you’re entering together, no further actions need to be taken.

But if you are entering separately, please transfer the ticket to your friends in advance.

Why do I not see my tickets at the “Tickets” tab after purchasing?
With many people purchasing at the same time, there will inevitably be delays

so please give the system some time to process.

If there are still issues, please try accessing the *website* using your laptops

to check and also do your transfers accordingly after logging in with your Peatix account.

Will I receive a confirmation email after I have purchased my tickets?
After your order is completed, an order confirmation email will be send to your registered email address.

Sometimes there can be a short delay and also,

please check your spam folder in case you don’t see it in your inbox.

Can I choose my seats?
The seats are allocated by the system to give you the best seats available in your chosen section,

and the seats will be side by side by default except for a few scenarios:
1) Your chosen section is close to selling out and has 2 seats left.

You bought 4 seats so 2 will be in your chosen section and 2 will be in an adjacent section of the same price.

• If adjacent sections are sold out too, your tickets will not be processed so you can safely re-purchase.

2) Your chosen section has 10 seats left, and just nice you bought 10 seats but the seats are in different rows.
